Dosage & warnings

Use gelatin to make gummies, jelly, soups and sauces
1. 'Bloom' gelatin by adding ½ cup water to ½ cup gelatin (2:1 ratio)
2. Add bloomed gelatin to 250 mL of any hot liquid with flavouring
3. Stir until dissolved, refrigerate to make a set jelly (2 hours)
Note: add half the gelatin if making a 'softset' like panna cotta
