Dosage

• Clean and dry your nose
• Peel the strip from the backing
• Place it across the bridge of your nose
• Press down firmly and evenly to secure adhesion
• To remove, gently lift both ends and peel off slowly
• Wear during sleep, workouts, or any time you need enhanced nasal airflow.
