Dosage
- Children 6 - 12 years: 10 mL once or twice daily
- Children over 13 years: 20 mL once or twice daily
- Take straight or mixed with water or juice
Warnings
Contains sulfites
- Contains potassium sorbate
- For short term use, maximum of 2 weeks without medical advice
- For children under 12 years, use only as professionally prescribed
- In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching
