Dosage

• 2 capsules in the morning with a meal
• Alternatively, capsules can be emptied into a smoothie

Warnings

• Not suitable for children under 15 years
• Not recommended during pregnancy or lactation
• Consume no more than 1 serve (2 capsules) daily
• Avoid use of Tongkat ali alongside testosterone blockers, as it may increase hormone levels
• Monitor thyroid function to ensure levels remain within normal parameters in patients taking Thyroxine
• Processed in a GMP facility that also processes products containing gluten, milk, fish, soy, egg, peanuts, tree nuts, corn and seeds
