Dosage & warnings
Adults: 2 capsules 2 - 3 times daily
Children 6 - 12 years: 1 - 2 capsules daily
Children 2 - 6 years: ½ - 1 capsule daily
To mask spicy flavour, mix capsule contents with a little syrup or honey
