Dosage & warnings

During exercise: 1 level scoop (25 g) in 350 mL water, drink 1 - 2 serves 30 minutes before exercise and 1 serve during each hour of exercise (up to 4 serves daily)
In preparation for exercise, magnesium and carbohydrate loading: 1 level scoop (25 g) 3 times daily in 200 mL water, drink 2 - 3 days before an event
Increased physical demand: 1 level scoop (25 g) 1 - 4 times daily in 200 mL water
