  • Allium sativum (Garlic) is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine
    • To decrease symptoms of common colds and flu, including general debility, sneezing, mild cough and a runny nose
    • To decrease excess mucous and upper respiratory tract congestion
    • To relieve symptoms of mild upper respiratory tract infections
    • As an antispasmodic
  • No added gluten, soya bean, milk, lactose, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, crustacea, egg or sesame seeds
  • No added artificial sweeteners, colours or flavours
  • Vegan friendly

Dosage & warnings

1 tablet once or twice daily
Enteric coated tablet, not to be crushed

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional
Garlic intake should be discontinued 10 days before surgery
Caution is advised if taking HIV protease inhibitors such as saquinavir
Use with caution if taking antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs; seek medical supervision
Children under two years of age should not be treated for symptoms of respiratory tract infections without medical advice
