Dosage

• Oil burner: 5 drops in water
• Bath: 5 drops mixed into bathwater
• Inhalation: a few drops on to a pillow for a restful sleep
• Skin inflammation, wounds, minor burns and muscular aches: 1 part lavender oil to 9 parts vegetable oil, apply to the affected area
