Dosage
- Maintain intestinal beneficial flora: 1 capsule twice daily

- Derived from cow's milk
- Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hours in adults
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your health professional before use
- When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents (RE), vitamin A can cause birth defects
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg RE for women and 900 µg RE for men
