Dosage & warnings

Adults and children over 9 years: 1 capsule once or twice daily
Children 4 - 8 years: 1 capsule daily
If unable to swallow capsules: open capsule and mix contents into a small amount of cool food or liquid, consume immediately

When taken in excess of 3000 μg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects
If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist
The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 µg retinol equivalents for women and 900 µg retinol equivalents for men
Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses; a daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from supplements should not be exceeded
