Dosage

• Adults - 1 capsule once daily with water, along with food, or as directed by your health professional

Warnings

• Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant.
• The maximum recommended daily dose of the medicine must not exceed 500 mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide.
• The recommended duration of use for a medicine containing nicotinamide mononucleotide must be 12 weeks or less

• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
