• Chondroitin sulphate is normally found in cartilage around joints in the human body

Mixing suggestions:

  • Put the required dose in a cup and add a small amount of water at room temperature
  • Let sit for 3-5 minutes before stirring
  • Add extra room temperature water and stir thoroughly

Dosage & warnings

Children 2 - 6 years: ¼ teaspoon (1 g) twice daily
Children 7 - 12 years: ½ teaspoon (2 g) twice daily
Adults: 1 teaspoon (4 g) twice daily
Take with or without meals

Potential Side Effects: There have been isolated reports of nausea, upset stomach, diarrhoea or constipation, indigestion, stomach pain and heartburn
Because chondroitin is a natural anticoagulant, anyone with blood disorders or who is currently taking blood thinners or aspirin should consult a physician
