Merridie Boxer

Merridie Boxer

Merridie has always known that she wanted to help people. This led to her embarking on initial studies in Psychology/Psychophysiology before discovering Naturopathy, where her passion for further understanding the mind-body connection was fulfilled.

Graduating in 2013, Merridie then worked in private practice for 5+ years where she educated many children, adolescents and families about the impact of nutritional choices on mood, sleep, sports performance, everything! It was there that she truly honed her Food as Medicine Practitioner skills.

Looking to use her Naturopathic skills in a different way, Merridie then joined the business development team at NIIM. Her role involved liaising with multiple integrative medicine practitioners to enhance the collaborative care model for clients and she observed just how well this can work. She also led some nutritional workshops in 2019 and will be doing more of this again soon!
