As a clinical nutritionist, my goal is to uncover the root cause/s of health issues, while educating clients and developing personalised treatment and prevention plans to restore and sustain well-being.

My speciality areas include; women's health (including menopause transition), gut health and the microbiome, bariatric surgery nutrition, chronic illness (including mast cell disorders, hypermobility), lifelong sustainable changes with a non diet approach.
