Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, this role plays an integral part in our customer journey and business growth - so it goes without saying, we are looking for someone who has high energy, great vibes and is passionate about service and the customer experience - end to end.
Create and deliver original, independent educational content for the general public. This role also involves developing and editing brand specific education content in audio-visual and written form, producing content for our podcast along with interviewing practitioners & brands on camera.
