Dosage & warnings

Children 1 - 3 years: ½ a metric teaspoon (2 g) daily in 50 mL water
Children 4 - 12 years: 1 metric teaspoon (4 g) daily in 100 mL water

Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses;
A daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
