Dosage & warnings

For loading: 4 level scoops (80 g) in 500 mL water 2 hours - 30 minutes prior to exercise
For endurance: For exercise over 2 hours, 2 scoops each hour beyond the 2 hour mark
For recovery: 4 scoops in 500 mL water within 4 hours after exercise
For working muscles: 4 level scoops 30 minutes before exercise and 4 level scoops 30 minutes after starting exercise
Do no exceed 9 serves daily
