Dosage & warnings

1 tablet 2 - 3 times daily with food
Do not exceed this recommended dosage

Contains phenylalinine and mannitol
Not suitable for childen under 15 years
Nicotinic acid may cause a temporary flushing reaction in sensitive individuals - to minimise the chance of this occurring, take only one tablet at any one time, preferably with food
Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses - a daily dose of 150 µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
Contains pyridoxine hydrochloride which may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long time
Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long time
If taking tetracycline, quinolone or fluoroquinolone antibiotics, or bisphosphonates (osteoporosis drugs), separate doses by at least two hours
