Dosage

• General dosage: 1 teaspoon (5 g) added to water; shake well and leave for a few minutes before consuming
• Initial dosage: ¼ teaspoon (1.25 g) added to water; shake well and leave for a few minutes before consuming
• Product will not completely dissolve in water
• Best taken at least one hour away from food or medication
