Dosage
- Non-loading dose: Mix 1 level scoop (5 g) in 200 mL of water and consume immediately. Take once or twice daily.
- Loading dose (if required): Mix 4 level scoops (20 g) in 200 mL of water, in divided doses, for 5–7 days. Continue with 1 level scoop (5 g) daily.
