Dosage
- Dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue half an hour before bed, then dissolve 2 tablets under the tongue immediately before bed
- If sleep is interrupted during the night: 2 tablets dissolved under the tongue every half hour for up to 4 doses

- In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual: fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching.
