Dosage
- Children 1 - 3 years: 1 capsule daily
 - Children 4 - 8 years: 1 capsule daily
 - Children 9 - 13 years: 2 capsules daily
 - Children over 14 years: 3 capsules daily
 - Capsules should be chewed and not swallowed whole
 - For small children: twist or snip off tail or pierce capsule and add to food or drink, or serve on a spoon
