Dosage & warnings

Week 1: ½ a scoop once or twice daily
Week 2: ½ a scoop 2 - 3 times daily
Week 3+: 1 scoop twice daily
Mix each dose with 375 - 500 mL water

If you are taking medication, take it 1 hour prior to or 2 hours after consuming
A small percentage of people may experience minor digestive changes - slowly work up to full dose to give body time to adjust
It is important to drink adequate amounts of water immediately after dosing
Contains 135 mg sodium per scoop (5 g)
