Dosage

• Diffusion: 5 drops, allow 20 minutes, replenish as required
• Inhalation for children over 3 years: few drops on pillow or collar or on a tissue
• Bath for children over 6 months: 1 - 2 drops mixed into milk, add to bathwater
• Bath for children over 2 years: 5 - 10 drops mixed into 1 teaspoon milk, add to bathwater
• Massage: 2 - 5 drops blended into 1 teaspoon of Pure Unscented Body Oil or Pure Unscented Body Cream, massage into the spine at night
