Dosage
- Sprains and repetitive strain: Massage directly onto the affected area
- Arthritis and rheumatic pain: 1 teaspoon combined with 5 drops of juniper berry and German chamomile
- Digestive discomfort: gently warm oil and massage onto the stomach in a clockwise direction
