Carly is a degree-qualified Acupuncturist and Chinese Medicine practitioner based in Adelaide, with a special interest in musculoskeletal care, stress and fatigue, digestive and thyroid health, and cosmetic acupuncture.

She integrates traditional Chinese medicine with evidence-informed practice, supporting pain and injury recovery, burnout, anxiety, low energy, and hormonal and digestive imbalance.

Carly has undertaken further training in Japanese acupuncture, dry needling for musculoskeletal and sports recovery, and cosmetic acupuncture and microneedling. She is also trained in Chinese Dietary Therapy and Qi Food Therapy, supporting healing through personalised food and lifestyle strategies.
