Simone Goulding Naturopath

Simone Goulding is a passionate Naturopath who has a strong interest in immunity, preventative health, nutrigenomics, gut health and metabolic health.  

Simone’s treatments are evidence-based, and she often employs the use of functional and clinical pathology testing to help identify the underlying cause of any disease or dysfunction. This way she can develop a personalised treatment plan that optimises the health of each individual rather than just treating their symptoms. 

Simone educates and empowers her patients to adopt a healthier lifestyle and uses herbal medicine, nutritional medicine as well as diet, and lifestyle modifications to help the body restore balance. 

Simone enjoys cycling, jogging, reading and is a volunteer lifesaver at Half Moon Bay SLSC. She is married with three children. 

Simone has a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) from SSNT and is a member of ANTA (Australian Natural Therapists Association).
