Refuel Your Fire is dedicated to helping Adult ADHDers, particularly women & AFABs, build strength, energy and sustainable health habits. We do this by creating flexible, personalised nutrition & exercise programs that work for day-to-day ADHD life. Our goal is to provide our clients with the tools, confidence and support to make lasting change within a system and framework that works best for their brain & nervous system, without creating stress & overwhelm.
We provide strategies to help with:
