  • optimal nutrition using wholesome food and supplements to repair the body.

  • suitable levels of exercise & activity for physical strength.

  • deep relaxation & refreshing sleep to help the body heal.

  • proper breathing - to ensure the body is energised with adequate oxygen.

  • positive attitude & mindfulness- to build physical, mental and emotional resilience.

Food for Health Consult

Available online or by phone, this can help you

  • if you have lost condition and put on extra weight.

  • if you have got into unhealthy eating habits.

  • if you want to optimise your wellness by finding out what to eat for better energy and vitality.

This combines nutritional counselling with mindfulness techniques and lasts one hour. It is either a one off consult or the start of your individualised Mindful Eating health programme.

Wellness Review

Available online or by phone, this can help you:

  • if you are tired and lacking energy

  • if you would like to find out more about healthy ageing.

  • if you are being treated by your doctor and would like support with your nutrition and wellbeing to help you cope better with any medical conditions.

The Wellness Review lasts about an hour. In this time you will get friendly, non - judgemental, confidential and professional advice. After your consult, an average of a further two hours is spent to research a treatment and nutrition plan tailored to your needs.

The Wellness review can be a one-off consult or the first appointment for a wellness programme - a Detox, Month to Stress Less - or an individualised programme tailored to your needs.

Mini Wellness Review

If you have just one health issue you would like advice on - and are not taking medication, just book a mini wellness review of 30 minutes online. This is often the best consult for children.
