After being diagnosed with coeliac disease more than 8 years ago, I dove head first into the world of nutrition education and haven’t looked back since. I’m passionate about helping people create and achieve sustainable health through a simple, whole-food approach – with a focus on community-based health.
I’m passionate about encouraging people to develop strong, positive relationships with food and make great food choices, based on individual needs.
In clinic practice, my focus areas are:
- Coeliac disease - either newly diagnosed or established conditions
- Gut health: gastrointestinal symptoms, including food intolerances, allergies, SIBO and IBS – using functional pathology testing to establish the root cause to digestive issues
- Simple nutrition education – including how to read food labels and navigate supermarkets
- Women’s health, including hormonal and fertility.
