Kirlian photography

Background

Kirlian photography is used to diagnose diseases. An image is taken by placing a body part on a metal plate and passing a high-voltage, high-frequency electric field through the plate onto a piece of photographic paper. There is no good scientific evidence that this is an effective method for diagnosing diseases.
There isn't enough reliable information to know if Kirlian photography is safe or what the side effects might be.
