Dosing & administration

The Fat Smash diet lasts for 90 days and follows four phases. The first phase allows only certain foods to be eaten. These foods include unlimited fruits and vegetables. Exercise for 30 minutes, 5 days each week, is also started. This phase lasts for 9 days. In the second phase, which lasts for 3 weeks, some additional foods are allowed in the diet. Exercise is increased to 35-minute sessions. In phase three, which lasts 4 weeks, more healthy foods are allowed into the diet. Exercise is increased to 45-minute sessions. In the final phase, which lasts for the remainder of the 90 days, most foods are allowed back into the diet in small amounts. Exercise is increased to 1-hour sessions. This phase can be also be continued for life.
