Dosage

  • Pregnancy: ¼ metric teaspoon (1.25 mL) daily

  • Children 6 - 13 years: ½ metric teaspoon (2.5 mL) daily
  • Children 14 - 18 years: ¾ metric teaspoon (3.75 mL) daily
