Dosage
- Standard dose: 1 - 2 scoops (4 - 8 g) daily, mixed with 250 mL water
- When introducing: ½ scoop (2 g) daily for first 1 - 14 days then 1 scoop (4 g) on days 15 - 28
Warnings
- Not intended for immediate relief
- Improper or overuse may result in discomfort
- Do not use in case of medically induced constipation
- Not suitable for children not yet consuming full solid foods
- Ensure consuming adequate fluids when taking this product
- Never inhale or ingest powder directly; always combine with fluid before taking
- As your body adjusts to increases in fibre you may experience altered bowel movement

- If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist
- When taken in excess of 3000 µg retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects
