Dosage

  • Adults, take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) to 20mL (4 metric teaspoons) daily after a main meal.
  • Demanding days: take 10ml (2 metric teaspoons) 3 times daily after a main meal.
  • Maximum daily dose: 30ml

  • Contains Potassium sorbate and sugars. Contains 7.12 g of sugar alcohols per 30ml dose.Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
  • Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6).
  • The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
  • When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
  • Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
