Dosage
- General Wellness: Children (1 year to 12 years old), take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) once daily after a main meal.
- Demanding Days: Take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) 2 times daily after a main meal.
- Maximum daily dose: 20mL

- Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
- Contains Potassium sorbate and sugars. Contains 7.12 g of sugar alcohols per 30ml dose.Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.
- Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible. (Contains vitamin B6).
- The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects.
- Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
