Dosage

  • 3 capsules twice daily, 1 hour away from food

Warnings

  • This product may have a laxative effect
  • Caution for those on anti-coagulant medications
  • Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems
  • Use in children under 12 years is not recommended
  • Avoid coffee, deep-fried foods, fatty food and alcohol
  • Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present, or if you develop diarrhoea
