Dosage
- Bath: 10 drops
- Steam inhalation: 5 - 10 drops
- Perfume or inhalation: add a few drops to collar or pillow
- Massage: 4 drops in 1 teaspoon of pure unscented body oil
- Diffusion: 5 - 10 drops, allow 10 minutes, replenish as required
- Pulse Points: smudge onto wrists and back of the neck (for sensitive skin dilute as for massage)
