I’m an accredited practising clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine. I’m a lover of simple, yet delicious food and strongly believe food should be a source of pleasure, so my ethos is about teaching you how to eat in a way that you enjoy and that suits your body and your lifestyle.
My goal is to provide others with the support, empowerment and knowledge they need to achieve exceptional health through nutrition and lifestyle. My philosophy is about using evidence-based nutrition practices with a wholefoods approach, combined with lifestyle strategies that are tailored to the individual. My aim is to educate and empower my clients so they can move forward with the knowledge and skills needed to maintain their health long-term. I’m a qualified yoga teacher and personally enjoy a regular yoga and meditation practice. I fully support my clients using yoga and meditation as tools to improve their health and often weave in techniques such as mindfulness and mindful eating as tools to support my patients health. I treat all areas of health, including preventative health, however I have a special interest in women’s health and gut health. Endometriosis, adenomyosis, hormone health, IBS and SIBO are very special interest areas of mine.
