I especially love to help people find ways to adapt their diet to their specific nutritional requirements – taking into account allergies, intolerances, personal tastes and lifestyle – to enable healing and eliminate symptoms. I have completed post- graduate study in FODMAPs, SIBO and paediatric digestive health to enable me to better serve my clients.
